We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same as the one you ordered.
Need To Return? Just Follow These Simple Steps:
You can email us to crazebd@aramuse.com or call us +88 01873368669 within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We request you to give back the products with the memo & original packaging of return items.
Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Unfortunately, if the product gets damaged or lost then we will not be able to accept the replacement request.
When you will ship the return product you must inform us via call or mail.
For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 3 days from the date of raising the return request.

Unfortunately, all sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable.
Refunds
If you totally want to return any product then we will deduct 25% from your total product price for Management, Processing and Transaction Fee.
